This illustration is based off a vintage Toyota Hilux RV (my Uncle had a Dolphin (the US version) when I was little. I believe that engine only had four cylinders and couldn't go highway speeds, rendering it fairly unsafe on any grade... but downhill and flat, he could always brag about the fuel economy). So many happy memories! Any-who, this was my spin on the globally available version.
