Hi there!
My name is Stacy, and I am an Illustrator based out of Orange County, California. I specialize in hand lettering art, mostly in the realm of chalkboards. As most people realize after working on a chalkboard surface, wrangling chalk is nothing like what it seems. I learned this the hard way, after confidently applying to a certain chalkboard marketing driven grocery store nearly two decades ago. I was lucky enough to be attending my dream university at the time, California State University Long Beach where I received a BFA in Illustration. With grit, the dream of being an Illustrator since I was eight (escapism started early), and my studies fresh on my brain, I embarked on a journey to build what you see here. Slow and steady, like I say on every job site, wins the day. Ha!
Today, I mostly specialize in chalk wrangling, between boards, walls, and sidewalks. But I am also drawn to stationary design, publishing, pattern making, and overall making the everyday a little bit extraordinary. I am particularly grateful to be able to use my illustration foundation, and my lettering expertise to design one-of-a-kind environments, and experiences for my clients. My focus is to create work that informs the audience, maintains brand consistency, and fabricates an authentic and intentional experience for the viewer.
